Dr. Mazzeo took the time to explain everything to me during my surgical prep. She listened to all my concerns, explained the process in detail, and answered all my questions. She never rushed the process, and expertly shepherded me through my anesthesia. She was a very calming influence in the O.R., prior to being "put under" and went out of her way to make me comfortable (both physically and mentally). She followed up a week later when I called her office with questions. She's a superstar!!!!!
