Physician is wonderful, scheduling staff is awful at the Austell location. As much as I like the physician it's just not worth dealing with the scheduling staff. They act like they don't care if you come there or not that tells me they don't need my commercial ins payment and must have to many patient already. I get the same answer when trying to book an appointment. Her schedules not open you will have to call back. When you call back as advised you can't get in.
