Dr Bond is outstanding! She is smart, compassionate and thoughtful in her evaluations and interactions with the patients. Her support staff and scheduling dept is truly aweful. To them you are just a number and just a name on a chart. They don’t “value your call” and you are on hold every time for extended amounts of time before talking to anyone. When you do talk with them they have no idea what tests were ordered. The care is not “personal or centered around you” For example, Dr Bond appropriately orders a specific cardiac test for me and I later was called by someone else to say it is not covered and they would just do the test that is covered(the easy yet inappropriate thing to do) and when I went for that test in another town the Dr and Nurse said that test would be a waste of time based on what condition I had in my history. Call me crazy but Is it too much to ask that an organization that boasts about the patient being “important”, “that they know you well”, “dedicated to deliver
