Dr. Bertrand is a gracious, caring, and knowledgeable doctor. I have seen many doctors in my 57 years and have had only a few who have the compassion in addition to the ability to discern and treat as well as she has treated me over the last ten year period. I would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends; in fact, I would insist upon it if I had any influence at all!
