Care Philosophy

  • Thank you for wanting to learn more about how I care for my patients. I strive to take care of you in the way I would for my own family members. We will discuss your medical history, symptoms, previous treatments (if any), and how your situation is affecting your day-to-day life. After the physical exam (including neurological exam), we will review your images and discuss treatment options. Many conditions do not require surgery, and we will discuss conservative approaches in detail; both traditional and integrative/holistic modalities can be used to help symptoms. Please bring a list of questions you may have, and we will discuss those at your visit. I firmly believe it is an honor to perform neurosurgery, and I treat every patient with the respect and care I would hope would be given to my loved ones.
