I began seeing Dr. Katapadi about 7 years ago and have dealt with staff in two offices (Worthington and Broad Street). I have had one cardioversion with him (OSU East). Office staff are efficient and pleasant as are the technical staff from the person who takes vitals and/or does the EKG to the nurse practitioner who does routine interviews. The same goes for staff who conduct specialized procedures, e.g., stress tests. When I meet with Dr. K, he has been cheerful, clear in his explanations to me as well as to cardiology personnel in medical education programs.
