While surgery is not pleasant, Dr. Ladrigan and her staff made me feel comfortable and feeling like I was someone important to get to know, to listen to my concerns and fears, and had a hand to hold if I neded one while the procedure was being done. The entire staff has such welcoming smiles, outgoing personalities and provides a very comfortable office environment. They make it very easy to return for annual checkups.

  • At Comprehensive Dermatology of Rochester, PLLC, our focus has always been the care we provide for our patients. We know how frustrating those automated phone trees can be, so our lines are always answered by a friendly, live person during business hours.  We don't close for lunch, so feel free to call during yours. Evening and early morning appointments are offered with busy families in mind and urgent appointments are available every single day. We don't overbook our appointments, so you spend the bulk of your time with our doctors, not reading outdated magazines in a waiting room.  All of our patients get their physician's cell phone number for any after hours concerns.

    From our comfortable, new office to the knowledgeable, helpful staff to the Doctors who take the time to listen to your concerns, examine you thoroughly and explain a plan tailored to you, we hope that you will be pleasantly surprised by how great an interaction with a medical office can be.
