I had a test done in the office in January. I made sure to check with front desk staff ,twice, to see how much out of pocket my charges would be. I explained that i did not have hundreds of dollars to pay for a test I wasn't even certain I needed.i explained that IF i was going to have to pay out of pocket additional fees I would have to cancel the test. I was assured from the receptionist , as I arrived the day of the test, " Good ! You will have NO co pay!" So i proceeded with the test only to have a bill arrive frim the office for$ 500.00 several weeks later!?? I went back and talked to the same lady who told me she never said such a thing and grabbed my papers out of my hand in a huff to bring to the office manager. Eventually the OM called back and was very nice, However...after a couple more calls, I was told nothing be done about the Bill and it could not be adjusted off or lowered. Dr. Paik and his assistant were GREAT! But Beware the office front desk staff. Can't be trusted
