How likely are you to recommend Dr. Marquez?

(Select your rating)
I am now a former patient. My experience with Dr. Marquez was nothing but pleasant each time I visited. The front desk was always a hit or miss. Sometimes the staff was so helpful and enthusiastic and then sometimes another staff there was unwelcoming with her body language and tone. Kind of like ok hurry up and get out of here already kind of vibe she gave off. I usually don’t need to see a physician often, which I’m grateful for that. I didn’t visit Dr. Marquez’s practice for almost a year and I called one day during this month of May 2020 to inquire about a possible video visit because I noticed something is off with my nails color post pregnancy. After verifying who I was, the staff told me Dr. Marquez canceled his contract with the insurance I had and is no longer accepting any more patients with such insurance. Ok, I can understand that, but isn’t it a courteous thing to do to at least email or call the patients to notify them of such change?
