Dr. Lavy took care of my husband after he had a stroke and brought into the ER at Scared Heart Hospital. She was the BEST! Explaining everything in simple terms my daughter and I could understand his stroke and prognosis. I am sorry she had to hand off his care to Dr. Zhan because he let us down under this stressful time.Dr. Zhan did a good job with my husband’s surgery but failed me as was supposed to contact me the night before the morning of the surgery and never did. Then never came and told me anything after surgery done even though my husband specifically told him and giving him my cell number BEFORE surgery. He did a different surgery procedure me or my husband was expecting. Having the Doctor not contacting me my husband ok’d the change in procedure. My daughter & I Sat for 5 1/2 hrs waiting to hear something just to know my husband was ok and procedure went ok and it wasn’t till I got upset and passed this to a nurse did he finally come see us.Dr Lavy is the BEST
