About Me

Care Philosophy
  • I come from a family in which we were raised to believe that it's important to be in the service of others, that there's great virtue to be in the service of others. It's important to communicate with your patients. I hope I come across as a compassionate neurosurgeon, not some guy spewing out facts and figures. I want them to understand that I'm listening to what you have to say, I understand that you might be scared, but look, there's always something we can do to make you better. I don't claim to be necessarily the world-renowned guy. I want to be the world-renowned guy to my patient. And my goal is to be known as somebody who is available, somebody who can do a great job at taking care of patients, and somebody who will communicate and just be more than a mere technician - somebody who would connect with my patients. That's how I want to be known as.
