First time visiting Dr. Kwan and she was so thorough in asking me all sorts of questions about my health and obtaining a good history. Not sure who else is giving her poor reviews, but they are completely wrong about her!! She explained everything to me and what her course of action will be in treating me. After my procedure was finished, she explained all my issues, wrote notes for me, even drew on my pictures to show me what issues I have. I have never had a GI doctor go above and beyond in taking the time and talking with me and I truly appreciate it. She’s wonderful and very personable. I would give her 10 stars if I could. I’m so glad my primary care physician recommended her.
