Yesterday I had the privilege to meet with Dr. Loyd Alch @Lake Regional Urgent care in Lake Sumter Old Camp Rd. The Villages,FL.I want to say he was awesome. He displayed great medical knowledge, great bedside manner, a professional attitude and service beyond reproach. He added a bit of humor to relax his patient in what could be a tense situation.
