She was respectful and listened to my concerns and ideas for treatment, and respected my self-awareness and knowledge, but also gave her own feedback and helped me make a treatment plan that really fits with my goals and values. She was knowledgeable about ocd and anxiety as well as depression, adhd, and womens mental health
