Dr. Franks is not only a superb clinician, but a wonderful person as well. She took the time to explain everything, performed the procedure flawlessly, and the followed up with me-sensitively and thoroughly-to ensure i was doing, and feeling, fine. I simply could not have asked for more from a physician. Highly recommended
