I've had three skin cancers treated by Dr. Kirkegaard and in each case he followed procedures precisely and quickly, The results have been very good, and I've experienced only minimal scarring. My complaint is that his removal of an almost invisible basal cell on the cheek seemed unnecessarily aggressive. I'm 66 years old so the cosmetic removal of a non-life threatening skin cancer does not seem to out-weigh the risk of nerve damage in the face or the risk of infection.
