I was diagnosed with severe spinal stenosis.My primary care physician in Berkshire County referred me to Baystate Neurosurgery. Many people praised Dr. Oh, in the same practice, but I would have had to wait a long time for an appointment with him, so I chose Dr. Leslie Lyness. I was glad that I did.Dr. Lyness was thorough and answered all my questions. She allowed me time to make up my mind about the surgery and get a second opinion if I wanted.She performed a spinal laminectomy. It was a long operation, but it was worth it. My symptoms were immediately resolved. Recovery was painful at first, but I improved quickly.I highly recommend Dr. Lyness.
