My father was in Los Robles Hospital in Thousand Oaks due to chest pains. Dr Prince patiently listened to all the information we had to give. He then asked focused, helpful questions. When was comfortable that he had all needed information, he fully described his plan of treatment, including the "whys" and "whens". Doctor Prince's demeanor was reassuring and calming. He was quietly confident without a hint of arrogance. Our ONLY regret is that Dr Prince cannot be our primary physician.
