Dr. Shoop has been our family physician for more than 30 years. I started out with him and eventually, my entire family, including my elderly parents, signed on with him. When he moved recently to Rolling Hills Clinic from Lassen Medical, we moved with him. Dr. Shoop takes the time needed to connect personally with all his patients. Because of this, he sometimes runs late and you will see that reflected in his ratings. I don't see that as a fault. I see it as the price to pay for quality care.
