Dr Karnstedt was my PCP for many years. I have many health issues that she always addressed with the upmost care & concern. She truly listened & cared about my concerns & she was able to diagnose & successfully treat my issues, as well as refer me to specialist as needed. I saw her at Lanier Adult Medicine. She later moved to Windermere Medical & I saw her twice there until she passed away unexpectantly. I was so heartbroken. She will be greatly missed & forever remembered as a once in a lifetime type of doctor. I can’t say the same for Windermere Medical. They sent me a letter notifying me of her passing & told me I had to find a new Dr, even though they have several other drs in their office. They cancelled my yrly physical that was sched. for 2 days later with another doctor in their office. My meds were due to be filled the next day. They didn’t return my calls or msgs. Left me having to suddenly stop all my meds until I can get appt with new Dr. They are Unprofessional!!!
