Care Philosophy

My emphasis is on primary care including the early detection and management of chronic diseases such as hypertension, lipid disorders, and diabetes. I also encourage pro-active cancer screening. I treat acute illnesses, but my practice is office based, and on the rare occasions when my patients need hospitalization, I have other internists who cover my hospitalized patients.
