Dr. Pankau is not only a great doctor but a caring and compassionate individual. He surrounds himself with great staff and usually going to the doctor is stressful..however....he makes it so easy with his efficient and competent manner. There is virtually no wait time and he really listens and handles things in a thorough way. I feel like a valued patient and know that he will do what is best for me. The whole practice should be lauded for their people skills. the office is clean and pleasant . dh, park ridge, il
