10/10. This physician DR. SOHAL, could not be anymore pleasant, explained procedure, smiled, fit me in for procedure. Listened to me and about Hx and concerns. Being a nurse 40 years, even at MedStar Georgetown, EXCEPTIONAL!!! Thank you. Your entire staff from the front desk check in, to Tammy were all pleasant and helpful. Heck, I had a hard time even figuring out the elevator! Thank goodness for them, also..
