Patient Reviews
Nov 02, 2020
On a recent trip to Roanoke my husband became ill and had to be hospitalized at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Dr Kristin Childers was the physician hospitalist assigned to him. She was extremely kind and caring. She took the time to answer our many questions and to alleviate our fears and worries. Under Dr Childers care, my husband made a rapid recovery and was discharged in a few days.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
