Dr. Strebel's Background
Dr. Strebel grew up in Utah and attended Brigham Young University (BYU). He played intercollegiate football for the Cougars while pursuing his Bachelor of Science degree from 1992 to 1995. Dr. Strebel then traveled abroad to Mexico and attended Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara where he worked throughout the country in various centers and organization such as Red Cross, social services of Mexico, and Hospital del Carmen. He became fluent in Spanish as well as the Mexican culture.
Dr. Strebel then attended New York Medical College and worked in Staten Island at Saint Vincent’s (Sisters’ of Charity) during the year of 2000. Dr. Strebel was then accepted into the Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio from 2001 to 2005. Wright State University was associated with Miami Valley Hospital and Wright Paterson Air Force Base. During his fourth year he was selected as a Chief Resident. He also won the resident research award, “Expressions of Leptin and Leptin Receptors on the normal and abnormal Trophoblastic Tissue.”
Dr. Strebel then came to Las Vegas to start his private practice in 2005. His bedside manner and “old-fashioned" attitude towards patient care is why his practice has continued to grow. Dr. Strebel specializes in infertility, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and family planning such as the IUD, Adiana, and the Essure procedures. Dr. Strebel also performs in office Endometrial ablation such as the Thermachoice and Novasure. He has a 4 D ultrasound and fetal monitoring for his high-risk obstetrical patients. Dr. Strebel also performs bladder function tests for women whom have urinary leaking and bladder muscle dysfunction. Dr. Strebel is certified with Johnson and Johnson as well as Boston scientific for bladder sling placements.
Dr. Strebel also enjoys biking, swimming and spending time with his wife Kristey, his son Kaleb, and his daughter Kinley.
