I had a great experience with Doctor Heyward. As a patient, I felt seen and heard by this provider. She took time to throughly explain things to me & answered all of my questions. She didn’t seem to be in a rush and could actually be there in the moment with me. I really appreciate that she takes time with you and I would highly recommend her. She did not seem to be in a rush and really makes you feel heard. This provider also studied my chart before our appointment and I appreciate that.
