- THE FOLLOWING POINTS SET THIS PRACTICE APART FROM OTHERS: Our father-daughter practice has more than 65 years combined orthodontic specialty experience and 45 years in the same El Cajon location. Dr. Kirsten Fenn is a board-certified orthodontist. Experience absolutely counts, especially in the complex science of orthodontics. Every day, an orthodontist makes evaluations, judgements, and treatment decisions all based on previous experience. We recognize every patient has individual needs and desires. Drs. Fenn and Fenn custom-design treatment for each and every patient. Exceptionally conscientious doctors and staff dedicated to optimal patient care and comfort. We are a fee for service practice accepting most indemnity insurance plans, PPOs, and private pay patients. We bill insurance and accept direct insurance payment at no cost to the patient. We take a great deal of pride in the positive changes in our patients' appearances, personalities, and outlooks. This translates to the highest degree of quality orthodontics.
