Patient Reviews

Dr. To was my Dad's doctor for years. He diagnosed Dad with glaucoma (along with terrible sight!). He gave Dad a script for his eyes and Dad followed it religiously. About a yr. before he passed, (he was 83), Dad's glaucoma was gone. I see Dr. To regularly since I seem to have Dad's crummy eyes. He remembered Dad's issues and checks mine for the same. So far, no glaucoma! Dr. To is one of the kindest, most sincere people I've met. He likes you as a person, not only as a patient. He is genuinely happy to see you and always asks how I am, what I'm up to (lol) and what my plans are. I've had many eye drs. since I was 9 yrs. old (and I'm 75) and he's the best. Love ya, Dr. To !!!:)

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
