I have not actually had surgery, but I have known the woman since we were 13. We were like Pinky and the Brain or perhaps Brain and the Brain with two different Achilles heels I have been sick all my life. She, too carefree and unfocused if it didn't change lives. I know things. . . Lol. This would be a free consultation just for her well-known privacy.
