Very organized. Forms sent to me online days before the appointment They were long but very thorough. Waited maybe 5 minutes to see the Dr. but if I filled out forms there; it would have delayed the appt for at least 15 minutes or more. Office was clean. Dr was very nice. Greeted both me and my husband. Not rushed at all. Answered all my questions.
