I really don't know to much about Dr. Kato, all thro I go to that office to see Lori Kinoshita, and have never had any problems with the staff. I seen Dr. Kato once, and he was fine, along with his wife whom I just experience and she was very helpful in things. The Staff has always been great and I just can't see the staff being mean or judgemental at all, rude or cruel. That is news to me, and can't believe all of your statements.
