I've been seeing Dr. Norris for 12 years as my primary care provider. He does really well to explain things to me if I don't understand something. Dr. Norris is an MD and the medical director of his clinic. The only negative aspect I've experienced is with his nurse case manager Tiffany, this only effects Dr. Norris' care services if he is away doing rural care visits. Tiffany rarely answers phone calls.
