My first impression was how incredibly fast and efficient everyone was from being checked in and then being brought back into the room. The professionalism of the staff was exemplary which helped keep the atmosphere pleasant. I’m pretty sure Doctor Jahng leads by the wonderful way he treats his patients. He demonstrated at every level qualities that are rarely seen in the medical field. (Compassion, empathy, meekness, ) I never felt rushed or made to feel that my concerns were not valid. Thank you to everyone at Rancho Cucamonga Arrowhead Orthopedic Medical Group. And yes I would recommend Doctor Kenneth Jahng to anyone in need of his medical expertise..
