First off, Dr. Sadel and staff are the best. For the record, I am a concierge patient. I do NOT want to see any doctors who give you less than 5 minutes of time. You can not get an accurate diagnosis this way. That is why I prefer Dr. Sadel. I can spend an hour with him multiple times a year to truly figure out any issue. People complaining here don't understand the health and insurance system, which is now corrupt, driven by protocols and dollars. If you want high-quality care pay the concierge price and you will be very happy with the service. If you prefer to get a few minutes with a regular practice that you have to wait for months to see a doctor that is your choice. At Sadel's office you will have fantastic experience.
