I was admitted to the ER in Sutter Roseville with acute lower back pain which was diagnosed via an MRI as severe stenosis. I was very fortunate that Dr. Shahi happened to have a cancellation on a Saturday morning and performed a laminectomy on L-2 through L-5. I immediately was without any pain and could walk within a day. It has now been exactly eight weeks and I am completely pain free. What an unbelievable surgeon and I highly recommend Dr. Shahi.
