I have been a Kaiser member for my entire life, and have had experiences with the Kaiser, and other healthcare systems over the years, and have experienced dozens of doctors, good, bad and everything in between. I am not easily impressed. I just had a video appointment (at the peak of the Corona Virus crisis) with Doctor Katherine Dutra, and I can safely say that I have never had a better hospital experience. Not only is she knowledgeable, prompt, methodical, good natured and articulate. I have never experienced a bedside manner that put me in a better mood during and after the appointment than before. One of the very best doctors I have ever encountered. I recommend her unconditionally.
