I saw Dr. Kiefer when I was in my early 20’s and while I may not have immediately implemented the tools she equipped me with, today as a 34 year old woman with gratitude which was her biggest tool she taught me about. It has helped me get through the actual hardest times of my life and survive them. Her methods are unconventional but my gosh is she dedicated to her craft and is one of the very few people that gets the meaning and purpose of gaining the most out of this life and has a passion for instilling that in deeply lost souls & helping retrain our thoughts/ brains and understand the power of our thoughts and our words and how each passing moment is a chance to turn it around. I never got to say thank you for the knowledge she gave me, so I hope this will do.
