He took time to explain his reasoning. Answered questions in details. Very experienced and professional. Most of his patients followed him for many years. Unfortunately, some people don't understand what primary care and family doctor really means. Saw different doctors for follow up. Had blood pressure medicine adjusted and then crossed county line to follow up with another provider. They may not realize primary care provider shortage. His own patients usually have to wait to see him. Not appreciate help from a busy doctor who is not PCP and leave a negative review online is really crazy.
