Was sent to Dr. Chen by my pediatrician after my 18mo daughter had recurrent ear infections. Dr. Chen and her hearing specialists did a great job with my daughter, who needed ear tubes placed. Dr. Chen was patient and answered all our questions. The procedure was very fast and subsequent follow-up care has been timely. The hospital staff at Highland Park Hospital were great with my daughter. And, no more ear infections!
