Just an absolutely phenomenal experience! I transferred my care from Gundersen Health System because for the past year, I have been experiencing very bad symptoms and they either dismissed them or told me it was "psychosomatic". This led to severe mental health issues and culminated in a suicide attempt. I came to Froedert ad a last resort, and I am so very grateful I did! When my partner and I left my final appointment of the day we looked at each other and were in awe over how "heard" we felt. Providers took the time to listen, expressed a sense of urgency, and most importantly are working on a plan to help me feel better! Seriously, THANK YOU! From the bottom of my heart, I am so entirely grateful for the care your system has provided so far, for the first time in a year I feel hope!
