Dr. Josh (call me Josh) Finkel is a very friendly guy with an easy manner and an out-going personality. He obviously likes his job and the people he meets. Usually, patients have not yet met nor have any personal knowledge of their anesthesiologist so that first encounter is really important. Your faith in their abilities can only be gleamed from seeing them display a relaxed and confident demeanor. I was horribly nervous for this procedure and Dr. Finkel noticed immediately and gave me what I needed to relax. The epidural I received caused only minor discomfort when inserted, and Dr. Finkel kept me distracted and calm from beginning to end. Everything went smoothly and I did not encounter any issues.
