Dr Schaffer and I have been on this road to recovery for over a year now. He’s not a “wham, bam thank you “ kind of doctor. He’s not a “poor, pitiful you” kind of doctor. He’s a solution doctor. He can only do so much. I have to do my part. He is interested in the “whole picture,” in dealing with the specific. We’ve had a great relationship with our capacity to be honest. It’s been convoluted and complicated by outside forces, but just a great experience overall. He is a great cheerleader, quarterback and coach rolled into one. He gives a flip. Unlimited.
