Dr. Jo, as he prefers to be called, is very professional, non-assuming, and genuinely cares. He's not in it for the money (more than 1/2 his patients are medicaid). He's extremely sharp and really knows his stuff, and does an excellent job of staying abreast of the current science. He takes all the time needed to completely answer any questions, and is analytical and diligent about ferreting out the problem. The best part about his is that he puts you at ease, and is totally friendly.
