I'm a physician who had an unfortunate encounter with a rather sharp kitchen implement. I have worked in ERs in the past. I found Dr. Kovacic knowledgeable, friendly, and competent. That, to me, is the trifecta of ER docs! Not that I've had a lot of them as a patient, but this was the best ER experience of my life.
