I had an awesome experience as a patient at Wellstar Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Upper Hembree. First off, I schedule a number of healthcare related appointments for my family. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, Ashley was very friendly, helpful, and patient oriented. Next, 90% of the required information and forms were available for me to complete and electronically sign on MyChart. A “pet peeve” of mine is being forced to fill out my name and address on multiple paper forms. I found everyone from the front desk team to the X-ray technician to Jennie McCarthy to be very patient focused and friendly. My time in the waiting room, getting x-rays, and waiting in the exam room was very minimal. I wish all healthcare facility patient experiences could be like this! Thank you!!
