Dr Burnette isn't a bad dr but his staff is rude and can't seem to do the job they are hired to do. I was scheduled for a colonoscopy on Friday but the staff didn't bother to get a prior authorization and seemed to think I was at fault for not doing their job for them. Instead of calling more than once, to let me know they hadnt done their job, they just wanted to reschedule when I'd already gotten a driver to take off work for my procedure and started the prep. Beware: staff is very inadequate and only cares about collecting money and didn't even get prior authorization!!!
