Dr. Polakoski was wonderful to me. He stitched up a cut on my forehead and was very friendly and kind. He took time to chat with my husband and me when we asked about his family. He was very gentle and showed concern. Visits go better when we show interest in the medical staff and are thankful. Cleveland ER was wonderful to me. I'm very grateful.
