My wife arrived at the Ascension Sacred Heart Emergency Room (ER) around 5:45 in the morning on 4 Dec 2023 with a badly broken arm. The on-duty ER Dr. Jose Reyes was compassionate, informative, patient, thorough and understanding. Likewise, his professional knowledge and calm demeanor (as new patients continued to arrive via ambulance) could not have been any more impressive in an extremely high-stress environment. He instilled great confidence in us as patients and he enjoyed the admiration of the wonderful ER nursing staff around him. Now in our 70s with growing medical care needs, we both highly recommend this bright young doctor without reservation! We simply cannot express enough thanks to both Dr. Reyes and the entire Sacred Heart ER Staff for a job well done.
