Dr. Ramirez is thorough - doesn’t suggest surgery unless he feels it’s the only option. He did a partial knee replacement for me 14 years ago and I have never had any trouble with it. I received excellent care at the hospital and from Dr. Ramirez. I trust him implicitly.
