From the lady at the front desk to the nurses to the actual doctor, this endodontic practice is absolutely fabulous. I had a root canal procedure today - Dr. Schapiro explained everything during the procedure. His attention to detail, his knowledge and experience and above all his concern and empathy are amazing - he kept checking in with me to see how I was doing and did his utmost to alleviate and monitor any pain. The administration of the injections were carefully and fastidiously performed and pain was kept to an absolute minimum. To top it all, he took the time to call me after hours to see how I was doing. The bottom line is that I am in no pain and the procedure was a total success. I would HIGHLY recommend this endodontist. I am almost 70 years old and have been treated by many doctors over the years, but none as good as Dr Schapiro.
